Summarize a Gmail message in one click
Gmail threads hide the ask under greetings and quoted replies. Distl summarizes the open message: who sent it, what it is about, what they want, and any action items.
It uses the sender, the subject, and the new body. It skips the quoted thread under the message.
How to use it
- Install Distl for Chrome.
- Open one email in Gmail (mail.google.com).
- Click Summarize on the subject row.
Outlook and Yahoo Mail use the same button. See Outlook and email summary.
